Throughout the year, we organise several Company Visits in renowned biopharmaceutical companies to give young life scientists an insight into different career opportunities outside of academia. On-site visit gives participants the chance to establish a direct connection with representatives from different fields of the company and get an idea of the various positions it has to offer.

The Life Science Zurich Young Scientist Network would like to invite you to visit AstraZeneca AG in Baar on Tuesday, 17th September. AstraZeneca is a leading biopharmaceutical company in the Swiss market with a focus on therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, cancer as well as respiratory, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. It has around 120 highly qualified employees in the areas of medical, market access, sales, marketing, finance and business partnering.
