Yun Deng (born 1992) completed her Master in Biology at the University of
Munich, Germany, in 2016. Her master thesis was carried out at the Helmholtz
center in Munich on the topic of immune evasion during EBV infection. In the
same year, she joined the Microbiology and Immunology (MIM) PhD program at
the Life Science Zurich Graduate School. In her doctoral study, she continued the
research on EBV infection using humanized mouse model in the lab of Prof.
Christian Münz at the Institute of Experimental Immunology, University of
Zurich.
Yun is currently an active member of LSZYSN. In her free time, she enjoys
spending time with friends, travelling and doing sports.
