Priyanka obtained her Masters in Neuroscience in 2015 from EPFL, Switzerland. During the course of her studies, she did an internship at Pfizer, Mumbai for six months. She also spent a year at Harvard Medical School, where she was developing stem-cell based therapies against glioblastoma. In 2016, she started her PhD with Prof. Roger Nitsch at University of Zurich. Her research is focused on developing diagnostic tools for early detection of Alzheimer’s disease. In her free time, she loves to hike in the Swiss Alps and play badminton. She is an avid reader and an active volunteer in several organizations in Zurich.
