Laetitia obtained her Master Degree in Medical Biology from the University of Lausanne. During her Master thesis, she specialized in Neuroscience and worked on neuroinflammation. Driven by her fascination for the brain, she then moved to Zurich in 2016 to start a PhD in the lab of Bruno Weber at UZH. Her work focuses on understanding the role of astrocytes in brain energy metabolism. During her free time, Laetitia enjoys exploring the mountains and travelling, as well as cycling and running.
