In 2014, Giulia obtained her MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Bologna after spending one year at UCL studying cancer epigenetics. She moved to Imperial College where she worked for one year and half on breast cancer signaling before moving to Zurich in May 2016 for her PhD. Within her PhD, she investigates the role of a newly discovered population of NK cells in liver metastasis as a part of the Institute of Experimental Immunology at University of Zurich. Giulia is a member of LSZYSN since 2016.
