Daria started her high education at the Medical University in Kharkiv, Ukraine. After some time she realized that she would like to become a scientist, not a clinician, so she continued with studying Molecular Immunology at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia. As a student of Prof. Zyvotovsky group, she went to Karolinska Instituted (Stockholm, Sweden) for her master thesis project. In October 2014 she started her PhD within the imMed programe at the Center for Molecular Cardiology of the University of Zurich in the Cardioimmunology lab of Prof. Dr. Urs Eriksson. Outside work, Daria likes dancing, travelling and cooking.
