✦ Marian Roesinger – Senior Manager Drug Regulatory Affairs Santhera
A PhD biologist from the University of Zurich, Marian brings nearly a decade of experience in Regulatory Affairs. After working as a consultant at Maxia Strategies for 9 years, he is now Senior Manager at Santhera Pharmaceuticals. In his role, Marian supports the full drug development process from early research to market approval collaborating with authorities such as the European Medicines Agency, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Swissmedic. He is especially passionate about introducing early-career professionals to how Regulatory Affairs is involved at all stages of drug development.
✦ Vanessa Budny – Former BNF Trainee Drug Regulatory Affairs Santhera
With a background in neuroscience and a PhD from the University of Zurich, Vanessa is at an early stage of her career in the pharmaceutical industry and currently works as a Trainee Medical at Merck (Schweiz) AG. She previously gained experience in Drug Regulatory Affairs and its direct impact on timelines, costs, and patients through the BNF National Qualification Programme at Santhera Pharmaceuticals.
