The LSZYSN Advisory Board consists of leaders and key players in the Swiss biotechnology industry. It actively interacts with the Steering Committee providing us with informed guidance and feedback whenever needed.

 

 

Natasha Konstantinova

Meet Natasha, a unique blend of business executive and creative mind, whose experience spans reputation & crisis management, executive coaching, PR, music and education - because why stick to just one thing?

Over 20 years, she led global teams across healthcare, tech, fashion, and consumer goods for Fortune 500s. She’s helped shape and reshape brands, positioning companies and individuals to win markets and build lasting credibility. She's all about making sure companies and people connect honestly and build lasting trust.

Now, Natasha puts that deep experience to work, helping leaders and organizations to stand out, build their brands and credibility, and manage their reputations.  She also leads Academy and Talent initiatives at the Swiss Biotech Association.

And because she can’t resist a good challenge (or a great idea), Natasha designs and delivers tailored communication and reputation programs for brilliant scientists, lectures at European business schools, coaches leaders on communication and executive presence, and mentors healthcare ventures.

Klaus Beck

Global Biotech/Pharma R&D leader at Pharmefex Consulting 

Meet Dr. Klaus Beck, a visionary life sciences leader with over 30 years of international experience in biotech and pharma. With a rare combination of medical training and expertise plus dual PhDs in pharmacology and neuroscience, Klaus brings a uniquely comprehensive, end-to-end perspective across R&D, clinical development, medical affairs, business development, and global commercialization.

Having held executive leadership roles at Organon, Merck & Co., AstraZeneca, and Amgen across Europe, the U.S., Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, Klaus has successfully led diverse cross-functional local, regional and global teams— spanning from startup to up to 850 people with annual budgets reaching $250 million. He is known for his transformative leadership, crisis resilience (including leadership during the Fukushima disaster while as affiliate R&D leader in Japan at Astrazeneca), and deep expertise in strategy, licensing, and cross-cultural mentorship.

Klaus is currently an independent Pharma R&D Strategy Consultant advising organizations at the intersection of science, innovation, and global marketing needs. He also volunteers as a mentor to entrepreneurs and graduate students at ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich.

Mario Jenni

 Molecular Geneticist, Start-Up Coach, and Cluster Manager
 

Meet Mario Jenni, co-founder and CEO of Bio-Technopark Schlieren-Zürich, head of glatec, a business incubator of ETH Domain's research institutes Empa, Eawag, and WSL in Dübendorf, and board member of Gewerbe- und Handelszentrum Schlieren AG. 

Mario has 35 years of experience in industry and academia, including over 27 years in leadership roles. Mario is the founder, co-founder, board member, jury member, and advisor of several companies, organizations, and initiatives. He is also the Honorary Ambassador of the Greater Zurich Area.
